The Process

During the initial meeting with our medical professionals we gather all vital information, including: accreditation, certifications, immunization records, and a completed employment application (usually on-line). In depth interviews are then conducted to establish and document a full range of skill sets and professional capabilities for each candidate. Comprehensive tests are administered when appropriate or when specific tests are required by the customer. Our professional assessment process determines what positions and preferred settings each candidate is qualified for, and interested in pursuing. During this process, when appropriate, we make a contingent offer of hire which allows us to complete our employment package which includes completion of the I-9 for proof of eligibility to work in the United States, authorization for a criminal background investigation and consent for a drug screen.
