About Us

"A Place 2 Shine" is a professional search firm providing healthcare and education staffing services for the entire state of Arizona on a temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire basis. "A Place 2 Shine" opened our first office in Phoenix in May of 2004 but soon moved to new expanded offices in Glendale Arizona in August of 2004 and have opened our 2nd office in Chandler, Arizona in August of 2006. These offices are strategically placed to serve the needs of our clients and candidates valley wide. Our Management Team

Marsha Douglas, Owner of Invision HR, heads up our talented staffing management team which boasts nearly 87 years of combined industry experience. She works in partnership with our customers and candidates to custom design temporary-to-hire and career placement programs to customer specifications. Marsha directs and manages operations, customer support, and marketing, for the entire Phoenix region. Marsha together with her team are skilled in providing: caring, competent, and committed candidates quickly. Through their combined efforts we have…successfully reduced client costs and virtually eliminated risk to both the client and the job seeker.
